Carmen Providoli completed her studies in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Fribourg and at the University of Zurich. She conducted her master’s thesis within the Developmental Neuroimaging Group as part of the ChildBrainCircuits subproject of the URPP AdaBD. Her research focused on investigating audiovisual processing and associative learning in the adult brain using fMRI. Carmen is currently a PhD student within the same project where she will further assess the neural correlates of multisensory integration and learning in typically developing children and children with developmental language disorder.
