Nada is doing her PhD in two neuroimaging projects. The AllRead project uses MRI to study associative learning in poorly and typically reading children. The other project investigates real-time fMRI Neurofeedback of visual brain areas to enhance reading skills (projects). This project is part of the NCCR Evolving Language framework.

Nada studied Health Science&Technology and Neuroscience at the ETH Zurich and did her Master’s Thesis about the effect of closed-loop real-time fMRI neurofeedback on emotion regulation in Frank Scharnowski’s Lab. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
