We investigate the significance of sleep-wake processes on the development of children and adolescents.
In particular, we study basic mechanisms of sleep-wake regulation and their interactions with brain development in healthy children and adolescents as well as in children and adolescents who experience changes in cognition, learning, emotions and perception.
